I know both have spots but only a few and the grey one has a stripe in front and behind his legs

First one is a yellow phantom dalmatian, need better photos of the second one to tell (back and sides)

To tell the morph you need to be able to see the dorsal (back) and laterals (sides), although the photos are nice, neither are visible in those photos 
His Dorsal is the same colour as his head with scattered white edges and his lateral has no markings except for his stomach pattern that creeps up the side like fire

And agreed we need dorsal and lateral pictures of the male to help x
