I need help identifying this locality, it has pink stripes on the side and top with a grey background. He’s in blue right now.

That’s not how locality works, I’m afraid, there is no guessing allowed. You were either provided with lineage information by the vendor or breeder, or you were not.
I wish I could help, but it would be intellectually dishonest for anyone to claim to know what locality your snake is from. (not by merely seeing an internet photo or two)
That may be one reason nobody replied to your topic for two months, I’m sorry to say, again.
Rosy Boas are great fun, don’t sweat it. If you want locality information for any possible future animals, be sure to get it in advance.
