I bought this little girl a few weeks ago and she was sold to us as a Champagne Bamboo Yellow Belly, which I do believe she is.
Then we showed a bigger snake breeder this photo of her and he seemed to think she had a super gene in her too. Something to do with the yellow stripe down her spine. Can anyone confirm?

Did the breeder tell you the pairing info? They do look like the other champagne yellow belly bamboos sold on MorphMarket, so I’m inclined to believe the breeder.
That said you can do a skin shed test for those three genes to see what’s up, but I think the ID is correct.
As a heads up though, champagne is part of the spider complex and can have a wobble. If they seem to look kinda off balance or topsy turvy when you’re holding them that can be why. As long as they seem comfy in the enclosure and are eating well you should be fine.

Ok brilliant thank you. I’m trying to find some info on the eye situation too, she’s got black eyes that have a red pupil? Does that mean anything?
She’s really stable, doesn’t seem to struggle, can’t hold her self up really steady. I do keep an eye out for anything to suggest she’s got the ‘wobble’.
Thank you
Bamboo is part of the blue eye Lucy complex of genes. I assume because of the pale color and bamboo influence that’s why this one has red pupils.
