If you wanted to prove out the RS as guaranted then id pair to a Super Pastel. Pastel RSs are pretty easy to identify against single gene Pastels Vs RS.
Or simply another RS, the super is unique enough to not misidentify.

I would say go for pretty much any recessive, that gives you the best odds of not introducing anything too crazy that might muddy the water. A simple Mojave RS sticks out like a sore thumb so you would know pretty quick.
but then were back here again next season with half a clutch of white snakes that may or may not have RS
I belive t_h_wyman meant that I should use a male with no incomplete dom genes, so all babies would be Mojaves and some of them Mojave RS, which would be easy to ID
Oh damn, your right! That went over my head.
Wow, I really like that Mojave red stripe!
This is correct
Here are nr 3 and nr 6 (darker head and neck).
Some of suggested that nr 6 doesnt have RS, but nr 3 might have. Still thinking the same or is it more obvious now? Thanks!!!
Hello everybody! Long time no see. Just wanted to let you know that I got mom tested for RS (in RGI lab) and she is not, which means none of the babies is RS either
