Was wondering if anyone can help sex my fiancee’s day gecko (I’m thinking male?) and also answer if their pores looked clogged or if they’re okay. I’m pretty new to geckos. Thanks!

Judging by that I’m saying male.
And yes they’re clogged, maybe put him in a tub with damp kitchen towel and see if that helps.
