Hides in rubs how many

Hi guys,

Been doing a lot of research regarding rub\tubs. I’m purchasing some clear see throw plastic storage containers.that will be sitting an a shelf. Do I need a hide on the cool side. Notice a lot of YouTubers I have been watching just putting 1 hide on the hot side and notning on the cool side. Should I be putting more hides in ? What everyones views ?

Some put none, some put one over the hot side, and some put one over the hot side and one over on the cool side. It truly a preference thing, but personally I would put a least one hide.

I would say most hobbyist usually put one on each side and bigger scale breeders only put one. If it was my collection I would want one on each side. I just don’t like the no hide the most

I just put one if its in a rack/tub…My BP will usually push his around to where ever he wants it anyways lol.
