Well my incubator that doubles as a brumation cooler switched modes last night after a power outage. I should’ve had the brumation cord unplugged instead of just switched off but i didn’t. I had 60 hoggie eggs go from 78 degrees to 55 degrees for about 8 hours. I woke up this morning and remedied the situation but im wondering if anyone knows from experience if these can survive an 8hr drop in temperature that low. Or are they lost.

No experience to speak from here, but the general rule of, “incubate until there’s no debate” is likely the best course of action in this case.
