Hole in Rostral Scale

Hi,

My baby hognose snake seems to have a hole in her rostral scale since her last shed. She is eating, pooping etc all just fine. This seems to be an issue since her last shed. I’ve attached a picture. Is this something that anyone has sent before and it will rectify itself on the next shed?

Likely damage from trying to burrow into something in the enclosure. Keep an eye out for any redness or other issues. What kind of substrate does she have?
