I am wondering if there’s a place to see how many auctions I have available and when they expire.
I know an auction is earned with each shipment booked with MM currently. Do those have an expiration date?
You can check how many auctions you have available by going to an animal ad and toggling the auction option on, after which you will see the following (my stats for example purposes):
It will tell you how many auctions per month you get at your membership level, as well as your current number of available auctions. Auction credits renew at the start of each calander month.
As for whether earned auctions expire, I will tag our admins @eaglereptiles & @brittni-admin for clarification on that point.
Thank you! Also, if it’s determined the earned ones don’t expire, for example, will the ones that come with your membership level be used first?
For a faster response to your Auction question please shoot an email over to support@morphmarket.com
In case anyone else is wondering, I contacted support and this is the response I received.
“Only the auction credits that come with your membership expire at the end of the month. Any add-on or shipping-earned auction credits will roll over to the next month. Also, membership-included auction credits are always used first before any other credits.”
So if you book a shipment with MorphMarket , do you only get those auctions if you are upgraded to a higher level?
As posted a couple weeks ago…
Basic+ sellers will receive a free auction ($25 value) for every overnight or 2-day shipping label you create (max 10/mo).
