A great post is one that brings value to the community, and is often one that generates a lot of discussion. Here are a few tips:
- Include a photo if possible. A picture is worth 1,000 words.
- ALSO include a few sentences to explain the photo. This will provide context that makes it a lot more interesting and spark conversation.
- Organize it into the appropriate category and add relevant tags.
- If you don’t have any photos to share, you can always ask a thoughtful question about a problem you are facing. Sometimes these generate the most responses.
I wanted to call out the 2nd item in particular. A lot of you post beautiful photos, but without any explanation. Even 2 sentences makes a post a lot more interesting.
