Incubation Eggs Denting

I have four ball python eggs in an incubator, set at about 89-90°F, with a 99% humidity. They look like they are getting indented on the side. Is this normal during incubation? Im concerned for the eggs. Sorry if pics arent the best.

If they’re getting close to hatching this is normal. The eggs will start looking pretty deflated before they hatch.

As long as the humidity is right you should be fine… But personally, I would keep the eggs in a box instead of a tray like this. It’s easier to maintain the right humidity that way

During the final week or so prior to hatching, the babies are absorbing a great many minerals from the eggs’ shells. As this happens, the shells become thinner, visibly less white, and softer to the touch. The thinning shells are less firm, so they may appear dented. This does look similar to dents caused by dehydration, but these dents don’t signal a problem. They signal that hatching is near. Yay!
