I have some of my bps breeding right now and we are expecting eggs in mid December. I don’t currently have an Incubator, but am looking to build a custom one. What would you recommend? What should the settings be in the Incubator? Any help is appreciated! BTW we have nine breeding pairs this year. And more than that next year, so it can’t be small.

After some years breeding herps (not BPs – various geckos and colubrids), I discovered that a well designed quality incubator is more than worth whatever it costs, since it is an investment that will pay for itself and then some. Troubleshooting egg issues is hard enough without adding the variables of DIY equipment. I use a C Serpents incubator, and highly recommend them to others.
