My new baby, I’m still learning all the morphs there are out there, I picked up a beautiful girl and just wondering if she is definitely a super pastel fire? And how can you tell a super gene?

You can for most of the morphs. A super pastel has a very blushed head, like the one in your first photo.
The colors for a Superfly (super pastel fire) tend to look all blushed out as well.
I believe your ID of a Superfly is correct
