I’m looking into getting a Crested Gecko as my first pet reptile. I am not entirely sure what a healthy baby should look like. It’s just harder for me to tell with the babies because they are supposed to be very small. I came across a baby and I wanted to know if it looked unhealthy or underweight. The breeder is selling for a more reasonable price and she is closer to where I live. I wouldn’t want to support a breeder that is selling malnourished geckos. This is not to show any hate towards the breeder, I just want to have a better idea of what to look for in terms of signs that the gecko is healthy.

It looks fine, crested babies are typically relatively skinny since they spend all their energy on growing
