Is this a pastel specter het pied? I have no experience with specter at all lol

Not the greatest picture for an ID. My gut would be no, not Specter. But I only put about 50% confidence in that answer because of my first statement

Anything yellowbelly is going to be hard to identify without better pictures. Side pictures would help the most. Also het pied is going to be very tough to identify visually. Some belly pictures could shed some light on that. But pied track marks aren’t a sure proof way to prove a het pied. The best way would be breeding it and proving it out. From the picture I agree with @t_h_wyman and say no on the specter.
