I haven’t produced either ivories or ivory pieds yet, but looking at pictures I’ve noticed that ivories seem to have a faint dorsal stripe from their head to their tail while ivory pieds don’t have a dorsal stripe and instead have a few yellow patches (or sometimes they’re all white except for the head). I was wondering if this is a definitive way to differentiate them or if there are exceptions. I will be doing some het to visual pairings in pied where both the male and the female have yellowbelly so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
