Aren’t we missing a BPOTM submission?

The other BP image has a large logo placement on it which disqualifies it.
It’s not a simple watermark addition as the rules for the contest state.

My reasoning was the photo itself was edited. Rules clearly state photo editing is only allowed for the themed photo of the month.

That removed BPOTM photo looked AI generated, though that’s just my thought.
