I really like lavenders and super arctics. As far as bright colors go, sunburst is definitely at the top for me!

Ooooh this ones a little specific but I love Conda Snows (Yeti) that have the really little spots that fade just along the back.
Super Articts are 2nd place, the contrast between the body and spots is very pleasing to me, they remind me of cookies & cream ice cream lol.
