So snow (mack, tug, gem) is an incomplete dominant morph. If bred to a normal (non-snow) you’ll get 50% snow 50% normal offspring. It’s only when you breed snow x snow that you’ll get super snows. (25% normal, 50% snow, 25% super snow). If you breed a super snow to a normal you’ll get 100% snow offspring.
If I had to guess I would say your male is a snow tremper albino. Most likely mack snow since it’s the most common but it’s not possible to say with certainty.
