Hey, I just made an account to let you know I’ve been keeping my eye on your project and I’m super interested in it. I’m not in a position to have any snakes right now, sadly, but I’m working towards it and I’d be super interested in your Leopard Mots. I think there’s some really cool morph potential here, especially if it can be separated from Mot/Stripe (or heck even if it can’t). Just wanted you to know there’s eyes on you even if we can’t all buy right now. How are the '25s you kept doing?

Huge apologies, I got logged out and I guess I haven’t revisited in some time. I wish I had gotten a notification.
Anyway the update for this year is, I did not put the original pair together. Instead, I put a salmon snow het motley sunkissed with the female. The male is having a sad year of no dating :(. Their son, the dappled I held back in 2024, had his turn this year and I put him with a hypo stripe, het sunkissed. I still have 4 2025 left- one dappled and three leopard motleys. And I still have a 2024 pair up for sale as I have 6 2024 left total which are juvies. So the project is ongoing still and this year should know a little more on how it interacts with sunkissed.
They all are doing well and growing nicely, and I am glad I mixed in red factor this year as they already turn such a pretty color anyway

I should add that I have dispersed a few of these to trusted friends that are interested in this project as well as reducing the price so they cost about the same as a comparable ghost motley that isn’t anything close to as unique. It’s not about the money anyway but I still have faith that I am on to something here and the only way to find out is if more people start working with it so I am not even trying to capitalize on it anymore- at this point I am more enthused to find out how pink I can make them with the addition of salmon genetics lol. Here are a few more pictures of the babies from 2025 though.

I haven’t added the rf yet… those eggs are in incubator :). The colors they naturally have made me think of it though

I second this. Every time I look at all the ball python morphs, I just think…yellow, black, grey, brown, white…anything else??? I love corns.
Those reds are stunning. Gotta be something there.

Maybe it’s already got some rf floating around in there… but in my experience that changes the background color more than the saddles itself. Plus not all of them have it… this is the og female (awful photo because I was focused on the clutch)

This girl is a 2024 keeper that kinda reminds me of silver queen- messy viv shot because she had just shed and rearranged and splashed everything

As a ball python enjoyer, I can’t help but agree. Despite the number of morphs, they’ve got a limited pallete, but corns? Seems like you can nail a whole rainbow with em!

This is the patriarch “Hourglass”- I think the pink comes from him. So they do fade a little over time. But again, every salmon and coral ghost I have seen tends to have the pink saturation on the outside of the saddles. Maybe should put him with something that has heliconia blood next year.
