So hello I need some help I am getting a bearded dragon soon and I can’t get the heating right,
So my basking to hot at max 118 my hot aides only about 86 and my cool side is in the 73-75

Where is the probe? What are you using to measure the temps?

You are going to need a good thermostat for it. It won’t be safe otherwise. Not sure what thermostats to recommend for a heat lamp, as all of the ones I know of are for heat mats.
Hey guys got it fixed I used a dimmer and switched the 150 at too a 100 and then used the 150 to make another basking spot which also got all the temps fixed!
