I am. New to the hobby, I would like recommendations for this pretty girl I have. I want to get a shed test, but she was sold to me as cinnamon special 50% Het clown.
I like darker morphs, but open to any recommendations
The brightness to her markings do make her look Cinnamon Special.
If you do have her tested for special, the baker mutation is the most common but checking with the breeder to be sure can help. I actually need to see if mine is NoCo or TCR since I had a crystal test negative for Baker.
Or just have her tested for Clown cause that is the biggest question on possible choices. If she is het clown I would recommend at least a het clown if not visual male for breeding
As far as dark gene combos, I would avoid Cinnamon and Blk Pastel because the super/allelic form has been known for facial and kinking issues.
GHI, chocolate or Mahogany can be really nice gene combos to look into. Blackhead can also bring some nice darkness in as well.
