You can filter the ads in the marketplace by country. Here’s where that button is once you’re in a category:
Click that and then select your geographical area from the menu.

As of right now, MorphMarket does not cover South America, so you will not be able to find sellers local to you. The only regions currently supported are U.S./Canada, Mexico, Europe, and South Africa. You can, however, find sellers in other places who export to Brazil.
