Lumpy Eggs In Incubator

This is my first clutch of Ball Python eggs. The eggs seemed to have gotten lumpy over time in my incubator and started developing mold. From my research it seems as though the eggs might not be good? But that they need to be covered with a lid and have high humidity in the containers. What would the lumpiness indicate, and what anti fungal treatment can I use for the eggs? I attached photos of the eggs being lumpy and them right after being laid.

How many days old are the eggs? What is your incubation temperature?

It looks like a combo of dehydration and weird calcification of the eggs.

This would be important to know as the eggs get further into incubation they tend to become dented in as the egg contents are absorbed by the babies inside and the shell begins to thin. This usually occurs around day 50-55…

As far as the mold treatment goes I believe you can use a light coating of athletes foot powder over the moldy spots… although I’m unsure if this is an outdated treatment.

Using coco substrate for incubation is a bit tough to judge on, but that tub just looks way too dry. When I’m using a light diffuser I let the media (pearlite or vermiculite) have a thin layer of water on the bottom of the tub.
Using coco can introduce mold or bacteria from the substrate unless it has been cooked in an oven prior to use.

Are you using press and seal to maintain the tub humidity? I don’t see any in the photos offhand…
It looks to me that the ‘mold’ if it’s the brown along the bottom side of the eggs is normal when they’re laid on coco. I think it’s a combo of remaining dust and tanins maybe.

How are you measuring the temp and humidity in there? The incubator itself is a terrible gauge and ideally you need the monitors inside the box with the eggs.

Otherwise I do agree with @cmsreptiles that this looks like some calcification (mostly normal) and dehydration.

The eggs are now 8 days old

It has a layer of water at the bottom its the pangea hatch, my friend used miracle gro perlite for her clutches but I wasnt sure on using that as it said it can contain harmful things upon my research. I have a lid on the container with no holes. The mold is white and only on the bottom under where theyre touching the light difuser, I got the anti fungus powder to put on the eggs where I wiped the mold off from. I also got a digital gauge added to watch the humidity and the temperature more closely inside the bins, instead of going off my thermostats reading of the overall temperature inside the incubator. Mom was on prococo chips when she laid.

It’s due to low humidity. If possible, I’d try to go make a new egg box following these instructions and switch your eggs over to it asap.
