Market Site Performance Issues on Dec 5

In the last 24 hours we have had very rocky performance on the website. We apologize for these problems, and though they were fixed last night but are showing up again. We’re trying to get to the bottom of it and will fix it as fast as possible.



There were two multi-hour periods around Dec 5, and we were able to make several changes to restore the site to its usual performance. We have still not gotten to the bottom of what was causing the issues, which is a bit frustrating.

In November, we invested a lot of time to improve the performance on our site. In fact we corrected some problems that had existed since we performed some software upgrades a year ago. Due to these improvements it has been doing exceptionally well the last week before and also after this Dec 5 event.

We are continuing to monitor and investigate.
