Maternal Incubation question

Hello, this is my first year attempting to breed. I have decided to do maternal incubation but now that my girl is about to lay in NERVOUS. I had her in a lay box in her 4x2x2 and temperature was perfect but I was having a hard time getting the humidity high enough it was around 75-80% in the lay box. I ended up moving her lay box to a 4x2x1 and the humidity is running high 90s however I’m having condensation build up and in the 4x2x1 the lay box is very close to the heat panel. I’m using sphagnum moss and perlite as the substrate in the box. Looking for advice on what to do. Should I keep her in the 4x2x1 or move her back to the 4x2x2. Fear in the 4x2x1 is mold and my fear in the 4x2x2 is dehydration.

moving a snake around already is very stressful on the mother, so I’d recommend just placing her back in where she’s familiar with. If I had a little pea brain, I’d probably be spooked out of my mind if I was away from one of the few places I was familiar with, and even more so while trying to pop out eggs that currently made up about a third of my weight at the moment. Try just raising the overall humidity in the enclosure temporarily, and don’t worry about mold since it’s rather temporary and as long and she’s not swimming in her lay box or there’s mushy plywood or raw wood that hasn’t been treated at all, I wouldn’t be worried. Somebody might have better input than me, though
