Is he a microscale or SH?
Better pics of actual head would help. And clear ones. 
Not scaleless head though from what I can see there’s no scales missing.
What did you buy him/her as? Why do you think it’s one of them?

Between the eye and nostril, there is a bald patch.
The question is, is that same patch seen on both sides?
Also, is the vent plate split

Microscale tend to be missing scales under their neck also and the actual scales are smaller.
A birds eye view of the head, extremely clear, and a picture of the throat will help here.

I bought her from a friend Magnum X Exotics. We did the sale as Scaleless Head but I was reading more about microscale and how they have missing heat pits. And the snake I have has no heat pits on the side of the mouth. So I was curious is she a Microscale but guess not. If it was that would of been a trade of a lifetime.
Your snake has very clear heat pit.
Microscales animals are missing these.

Microscale and Scaleless are allelic so I do not see why the prior would be such a significant trade

I see them. I know microscale is reduced size and non existent. Compared to other snakes I have same size these are tiny. So that’s why I questioned it. Thanks for your help everyone.

I just see them with so many scales missing that to me I didn’t see it from the images above.
