Aaaaaahhh, noooo!! Not THE SPRAY BOTTLE!!! 
Separate use, I use a spray bottle as a disciplinary tool for my dog. She had developed a problem barking and not getting quiet when told. A squirt or two on the rump would distract her and she didn’t like it. We progressed from squirts to threatened squirts, showing the bottle and asking if she wanted me to squirt her. It got to where all I have to do is say, “Squirt” and she stops whatever she’s doing.
