At a glance… Could be a super snow… could be a normal washed out by tube lighting. Impossible to say for sure from this photo alone. We’re going to need much clearer photos. From the top and if you can in natural sunlight. And a close up shot of his eyes if you can.
pricing… best bet would be to check the sales side of the community after you get better photos for us.
