I just got this little one about a month or so ago. They’re probably not more than 2-3 months so I’m not sure in gender yet. Just wondering what kind of morph I’ve got here.

You have a chunky little albino. 
Unfortunately there are three lines of albino and they are not compatible with each other so I wouldn’t be able to tell you more than that. They still make great pets though

You have a tremper albino. i have the same one and i got it from the pet store to and i have a black night one!
The 3 lines of albino in leopard geckos are not visually discernible from each other. As @armiyana notes, this would more accurately be described simply as an albino. Calling it Tremper albino is speculating because it could just as easily be Bell albino or Rainwater albino.

In this case, the odds of it being a Tremper is more likely than Bell or Rainwater/LasVegas. However, I would still refrain from saying that the gecko is guaranteed to be a Tremper because the pricing for the other two have basically hit the same price. PetCo near me would receive geckos from Tremper. However if you pay attention leopardgecko.com now has Bell and Rainwater listed for sale. How can you be sure that it IS Tremper Albino?
The only way to know for sure is if the store OP purchased from had the info from the breeder. I worked in 2 different pet shops. Sometimes they just wrote fancy. Other times nothing on the label. Sometimes the wrong genes entirely and sometimes they would just send them labeled properly and it was great.
So unless you see in the purchasing info what albino line it is, the best response is just unknown albino. That tends to also reduce the number of people trying to breed and producing double hets when opps… They didn’t actually have a tremper.

like i said i have the exact same one and it is a tremper albino.

Bold, Tremper, Mack Snow, Jungle Stripe, Lavender 66% Het Eclipse
There are 2 of each albino between those 6 geckos. Thank you for proving my point on ID
