This sweet girl was listed as a normal in my local pet store for $170 CAD, poor thing seems so tense, thoughts on the morph?

Pet stores often will have increased prices on animals when compared to breeders selling online. So that’s not too surprising.
A normal in my area goes for 50-100 USD what store it’s in.

I would venture to guess that the higher priced pet store animal includes the shipping cost the pet store has already paid and is passing on to the customer.
In a normal setting, an online animal’s price includes a shipping fee. The comparison between online and pet store becomes closer in dollars and cents…….

When I was a teen I worked at a dog focused pet shop. They had a markup of at least 3x what they paid. For reptiles it was at least double.
I honestly can’t remember what half the purchase pricing at a certain big box shop was for a BP. But I know a 28$ guinea pig was 9.99. hamsters varied and were around 3 and change

That is a rare ball python. You don’t see many normal anymore. 
You should not pay over $50 for a ball.
I personally wouldn’t pay over $25 normal ball. But I am a boa guy.
Many, many years ago, I paid $12.50 each for 25 balls, and that included shipping.
Now adays I only sell what I produce. That’s why I only sell boas. And guarantee what I sell.
