Morph id on new baby

I just got a new baby I plan on shed testing but I was wondering if the id was correct? I was told Enchi pinstripe

Why would you need to ask about the ID? Did you not purchase from a breeder?

ID is correct.
Definitely get a lukewarm soak going and help the baby get that stuck shed off

He came from a friend who had to downsize due to some not ideal circumstances! He got a bath last night and the stuck shed is all gone!

He’s a pretty little thing! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Awwwww. Glad he’s out of less than ideal circumstances!

Edit to add: glad the shed is off too!

I… Disagree. That is not an Enchi Pin. Enchi does not wreck Pin that much:

agreed on this, I’m seeing more super enchi something personally, but not enchi pin or super enchi pin. It looks to be super enchi with something I can’t quite put my finger on? Hopefully the master agrees with me on this one lol

I am almost wondering if it is HGW???

So if it is HGW is this a bad thing if the op decides to breed?

I don’t know what I was thinking but yeah, there is something else. Thanks for catching that!
I think maybe I missed mentioning lesser since this looks so much like my lesser enchi pin I had. But HGW is another good thought

@caron yeah, not a good idea for breeding. HGW is a spider complex morph and while not as egregious as champ or spider, it’s one of the ones known to visibly wobble.

Personal preference. If you are in the camp that does not like the wobble morphs then avoid breeding. If you are in the camp that does not care then you can breed but you should still be aware of the other morphs in the complex that can result in lethal or failure to thrive combos
