So, just got back from an expo, and per usual I picked up a critter I didn’t plan on getting. This time it was a ball python, here comes the fun part, IDing him! He has incredibly unique blushing and neck spotting which makes me curious about him.
Sadly I only have one picture that represents his dorsal blushing somewhat accurately currently, but will attach more pics once home and can take some good, nice lighting, relaxed snake photos

Says pastel on the tub,
Green eyes? Looks pastel like breeders put.

Heres some better pics! He was labeled as pastel, in person he has more blueish gray of eyes as well
Ignore the boots at the bottom of the pic lol, with en other edit, I am realizing just how green my camera really does make him look, along with how yellow it makes him look, he is much more orange in person as well. Hopefully tonight I can get more accurate pictures now as well

yeah, pastel. some nice blushing on the back. they’re really bright when they’re young.
this is one I hatched recently. A bit smaller than yours. And with one of my confusing little ones XD
That bottom snake should not be ‘white’
Yours has some lovely blushing though!

Looks like a fairly standard pastel to me

Almost looks like a pastel, het red axanthic with that blushing black back! I don’t think so though, the side patterns are not quite as hra like! For just a young pastel it is browning out soon to me, but pastels are so varied anyway. I like it, unique little pastel! With that back and slightly banded, reduced pattern if you are looking to breed it in the future something with Enchi or orange dream would go really well with it! Enjoy your nice new snake!
