Not sure if this is just me being dumb (definitely possible!), but I know I used to be able to look at the morph map and have it just show sellers of a specific species. I believe the way that I used to do it was clicking the species category first and then clicking stores and then map, and then it would just show sellers on the map with that species. When I do it that way now, it shows every seller of every species. I even tried the advanced search from the map page to select a single species, but that just takes me back to the ads section for that species. Am I doing something wrong?

I don’t think there is any way to get to this through pages, but if you edit the url, you can still view it.
Note: for all of these links I added a space between the MorphMarket and the .com, so if you want to copy a link be sure to remove the space.
The link for the morphmap is https://www.morphmarket .com/stores/map/?cat=. To view the category in the url (they each have different terms, sand boas are sand-boas, corn snakes are corns), go to the stores for that species. For example, the link for corn snake stores is https://www.morphmarket .com/us/stores/?cat=corns. To view the morphmap for only corn snakes, take the category and move it to the end, so the link would be https://www.morphmarket .com/stores/map/?cat=corns.

Agree, this is a bug.
You should be able to click: Ball Pythons > Stores > Map, and only see BPs. I’ll file an issue.
