Darien has always been making those kinds of posts on his personal page with Dubia.com long before he took over MM. Its sorta telling who just joined his own Facebook page vs MMs page.

I’m so glad it was a joke 
I assumed but it’s hard to tell sometimes. It reminded me of Kinova. And hey look, it got people talking! That may have been the point.
