Initially, all sellers will receive the full discount amounts, but as we continue to refine the program, these rates will eventually be based on membership level. Pro members will keep the maximum discount amounts, while other membership levels will see adjusted pricing.

In addition, we’ve been working with UPS for over a year and are excited to announce they’re on board as a shipping option for MorphMarket. We’re still in the process of ensuring they can reliably handle all live shipments (snakes and inverts included), but we’re making great progress.

Just scheduled my first shipment!
Very easy to use. Pretty handy to not have to head to a different site. I almost feel guilty after using the other sites so much.

As far as things I would like to see:
-The option to pay for the scheduled pickup when purchasing the label. Unless I somehow missed a checkmark somewhere? Which I wouldn’t put past me while hyper focusing on getting the address and such right…

-Having a way to track the animal or plant’s info. Either a note box in the purchasing window or even better would be integrating it to the drop down menu in the inquiry window.

Something I’m not sure of suggesting…and may just be a moot point for some of the bigger breeders is maybe a little incentive to stay with MM for the shipping. (The first credit was awesome btw thank you so much!) I know that some sellers will direct purchases off site, so maybe having a different price scaling for purchases made through the site vs off-site? Or some other on site bonus for shipping maybe? I think the 2nd suggestion above would play nicely with that.

As a small seller, I shop around for prices or coupon codes when shipping. I don’t know how the pricing from the intro period will change once the shipping goes fully live…but I know so far the integration with the site is definitely something I am looking forward to seeing and may keep people coming back because of how easy it is.

For scheduling a pickup, there’s actually a dedicated Scheduled Pickups option in the 3-dot menu :blush:

Oh I was able to schedule a pickup with it just fine! So far the interface seems pretty good and easy to navigate.

I just was grumpy with having to pay for that separately from the label purchase. Hahah.
And FedEx showed up an entire hour early! :flushed:

Just booked my first MM shipment. Love the price. A few suggestions:

  1. Have purchasers fill out and save their shipping info. Assuming you are heading there with the greyed out MM user option. Ideally the seller could start the label directly from the sold snake page and have most everything like customer name/address/email/phone filled out. As it is now, you need that info screen shot or written down ahead of time as once you start the label order you can’t jump back to conversation in same MM app.
  2. There is a point where it offered to update my “shipping from” address by adding -xxxx extension to my zip code. But if I accept seems to loose the “ship to” information also.

Thanks for the feedback! Buyers can send their addresses via messenger. They are prompted to share it with you; you can also use the message action menu (the + icon) in the lower-left corner of the individual thread to request the address. You can then make the label directly from the shared address. We are working on integrating this feature in other locations, as well.

For the second issue, can you please take a screenrecording and email it to shipping@morphmarket.com so that we can look into it further?
