Hello everyone and thank you in advance. My family and I will be moving to Colorado soon due to the military. I have a couple of retics that are part of my family. I also plan on breeding them. My question is are we able to have retics in Colorado? Do I need to get a permit?

Depends on the area.
Iirc Denver and Aurora both have ban on anything over 6 Feet and specifically mention Retics as a no.
So you’ll need to look up the laws for the particular city or county you’ll be moving to
