Hi! I was just seeking some advice on my ball python. She is only a few months old and is eating small live mice. She hasn’t pooped in the last 4 weeks and I’m worried. I’ve soaked her in warm water to help her out. A couple of times she acted like she was trying to poop but she hasn’t. I’ve been letting her get lots of exercise but nothing has seemed to help. Should I continue to feed her on her normal schedule or wait until she poops? I don’t know if I should wait a few more days or should I take her to the vet. She has been acting normal.

I would not worry so soon, She does not look like she is impacted. In fact a little thin.
There are things you can do but. first
Whats her weight and the weight of the food and how often are the feedings.

Thank you for responding! I’ve only had her about two months I’m not sure how much she weighs but I feed her every two weeks.

I would not worry yet. Depending on food size and its digestive system, you might not notice mich as it could be very small. And since it only had 2 meals, and looks ok (per the picture), i would give it more time.
