My Ball Python's morph

I purchased this lovely lady from an expo and she was sold as a pastel leopard ultramel 50% DH Hypo and Pied.

My suspicion is though that she may have one of the morphs from the yellow belly complex. Im thinking she might also be visually gravel but wanted to see what others thought about it. Her patterns on the side are just different to me than others of her morph combo I’ve seen. Please let me know what yall think!

Did the seller tell you the parents morphs by any chance?

That pixelation as pattern goes down the belly is suspicious enough.
I would consider testing this one for the yellowbelly complex. That’s the only way to know for sure without breeding her.
You can also see about the het pied and het hypo being there.
Then just to clarify… Gravel is part of the yellowbelly complex so yellowbelly and gravel would make a highway.

She’s a pretty gal regardless tho. Congrats

So i know dad was het hypo and pied which is why she has the 50% DH but i cant recall the rest. I have their card and can definitely call and ask. Either way i plan to shed test to confirm the Hets.

And i was aware that gravel is part of that complex but i do wonder if she has yellowbelly as well due to the highway like patrern on her dorsal. But yes either way shes beautiful and im very happy with her :heartpulse:

With the parent genes listed I would lean toward this one being a fire pastel leopard Ultramel. Possible super pastel.

Ultramel is unfortunately messing with the colors and such enough that it can make IDs a bit difficult.
Hopefully someone else pops by with some thoughts.
Otherwise good luck on getting the hets tested
