She is female. As for the name, my daughter renames her every other week. Currently, it is Tigress.

I love the coloring 
still true to coloring/marking but also a beautiful morph at the dame time, most definitely recognizable as a retic, which ( imo) most morphs have strayed from their original look. I really do love this animal.
