A mystery animal with the potential to grow as large as this species does isn’t always a good thing to give someone with no info. And especially if someone isn’t familiar with their care or personalities. That’s why I was curious.
I’ve worked veterinary and retail pet store in my life so I’ve seen many uninformed purchases go poorly as gifts. usually it was dogs or hamsters though. lol
