You should also comment on one or both points with this or similar: As a North Carolina reptile keeper, I ask that NCWRC hold a stakeholder meeting to discuss these rule changes and current regulations before making a final decision. Since responsible herpetoculturists were not involved in this rule development, we should be included prior to any final actions to avoid unintended consequences.
