Need help identifying morphs

Hi everyone. Im relatively new to the hobby. Currently have 6 ball pythons. Looking to grow my collection and eventually down the line breed on a very small scale for the love of it.
Im having alot of hassle fully understanding how to identify morphs. And what key markers to look out for and such
Wondering if anyone can help confirm the morphs of the current ones i own and if they match what i was sold them as

  1. Pastel 66%clown . female
  2. GHI mojave. Male
  3. Mojave. Female
  4. Fire spotnose desert ghost. Male
  5. Leopard (does he show any signs of pastel?)
  6. Is an obvious normal and in shed so no photo’s
Any help would be great. Thanks

With a quick lookover I’d say your list is accurate.

I don’t think your Leopard has any Pastel from what I can see, but if you are looking for something to help ID morphs with you can go to the Morphpedia section of Morphmarket and it has a long list of Ball Python morphs with photos and descriptions of each morph.
If you are a visual learner like me you can also go to the Ball Python category itself on MM and go to the filter to look at any specific morph/morph combo you want to learn about.
Its the “traits” section on the filter, you can also select to show only the morphs you choose in the traits section. Then you can go to availability and select “any” to show all animals, even those that have already been sold.
Its how I personally do a lot of morph research along side Morphpedia and its super helpful.

Amazing thanks for the reply and advice. Definitely helps confirming what i already have and can compare with similar. Ill get there haha. So many morphs and some are so similar to each other.

I know lol. There are a lot of Morphs that look like Normals on that list and it can get super confusing but I tend to stay away from those and focus more on other lines and recessive traits that are easier to ID.

List looks mostly correct. Your fire spotnose male is het desert ghost, not visual desert ghost, if he was sold as visual. Your leopard does indeed have pastel. Also be aware that spotnose is in the spider complex and is known to occasionally wobble in single gene and always wobble in homozygous form, just so you have that info.

Thats great thanks for your reply. And thanks for clarifying. Desert gjost is one im struggling with identifying. And was pretty certain the leopard had more genes.
Thanks
