Just a wild guess but maybe a hypo arabesque, maybe some hogg island? Again, I’d call it a BCI personally withought knowing the parents.

Basically what that means is that he is a normal of unknown origin but doesn’t look like he contains a large amount of any of the true red tails. If he looked like that, maybe you could call him a locale x locale.

I agree, the lack of black trim on the larger tail saddles and “bowtie” shaped saddles down the back point to hypo. The rest I’m not so sure about.
