Welcoming home the new addition to my snake collection, meet Kyrre the Amazon Tree Boa!
As expected the little one has already given me a few tags as a welcoming gift lol but I love the attitude!
Now just to settle in for a few and make my first feeding attempt next week.

Awesome! They’re one of my favorite species. For perching try to add something that has more points of contact. They don’t really perch like GTPs and Emeralds. They prefer the ends of the branches with lots of little offshoots.

What a marvelous lil guy! ATBs will be one of those i admire greatly from afar, being too spicy for me, but just so pretty!

I believe the name I picked while looking for name inspiration was Kyree, which means Noble (gender neutral) in Greek. I just decided to add an extra “r” and remove the second “e” to make it unique
