I did the container method the very first time I tried to feed it. But it’s been a while so I can try again.
I also just got a smaller watt “night time” bulb. So I will switch the bulbs at night to keep the temperature from dropping too much. I’ll see how the temps looks tonight and in the morning
So you don’t have a heat mat under the tank? I highly doubt a heat mat underneath the tank inside of depending on lighting for heat. It is much better humidity wise as well

I’m gonna give this another attempt with the live food one more time. This time with added heat at night, and trying the container method if I can.
If this round doesn’t work out, then I will get a plastic container for the snake and set it up simpler. Use that untill it’s eating on a regular basis.

It has a 40w basking light, and now I’ll switch that out at night for a 25w nighttime bulb and check the temps
