Hey , I recently got this 6 month old female crestie. Her skin looks kind of wrinkled and she is acting stressed. I let her acclimate to her enclosure and
misted it too. She always has plenty of water but she looks dehydrated.
What do you think?

If dehydrated then her eyes would be sunken which they don’t appear to be!

Since she’s turned her skin will be wrinkled. A picture of her straight could identify if she’s thin or dehydrated but she looks healthy.

Your Gecko appears healthy.
I sometimes notice my geckos winkle a little before they shed. Usually just before they go lighter in colour but all Cresties winkle a little
