It is time I let the cat out of the bag! I have been holding back from posting these but I can’t keep a secret for long. For any of my isopod people, these are Armadillidium vulgare “Piebald” / “Orange Piebald”! Supposedly the first of their kind to my knowledge.

I believe I discovered the mutation. The initial stock came from Isopodapet. (A. vulgare “Gem Mix”) To my knowledge they do not have it yet, but not exactly sure.

I have seen these, a breeder here had them.
I’ll have a gander online or get the oh to message about as he may have number.

Thanks! There are so many possibilities with this new variation. With the very broad range of other morphs available with this species, there could be so many amazing combinations!

Ok! That is cool that some other breeders have them. Hopefully I find them from another source so we can expand the gene pool.
