He has settled in well and is now in quarantine

Ohhhhh @ghsaltie I wanted to ask you about the cinnamon babies you produced!
I saw that one of Théylss’ siblings was marked as Cinnamon, as well as a few popping up in your other FLNE clutches. I wanted to do more research on it but I want to hear from your experience with it as well. Do you believe it may be something recessive?
There are some others breeding cinnamons who have a better grasp on it than I, however what I do know is that it is almost always sex-linked with males. On the occasion females receive the gene it tends to be much more subtle than in males. It’s most noticeable with a solid head stamp and solid or blurring of the normal pattern. They tend to hatch out dark and lighten as they age. To my knowledge it is a dominant gene and will always show, to some degree, if it’s carried. Which adds to the confusion I have on where it came from in my line since neither parent express traits
