Hello I made a payment arrangement with a seller for a ball python sent first payment now trying to set up shipping information and send last payment. But seller hasn’t responded to messages in over 2 weeks. How long do you usually wait to report to paypal to get refund??

Welcome to the forum.
Usually you should have received a response of some form by now, but as it has been thanksgiving in the US everyone is a little busier than usual. That doesn’t excuse the bad response time but could be the issue.
When was the last time you tried to reach out?
Yesterday and today. Been messaging since Thursday before Thanksgiving week, once a day 8 out of the 13 days trying to get any response.
I personally would wait 24/48hrs for a response and then if still no reply, I would let them know I will be requesting a refund.
